Rental conditions
Minimum stay of7 nights during school term otherwise for short stays 3 Minimum nights.
Departure time at end of stay:10:00 a.m.
Arrival time at the beginning ofe stay: from from 4:00 p.m.
Rental ofSATURDAY to Saturday
Confirmation of the reservation upon receipt of the deposits and the rental contract.
Down payment percentage:30% and the balance paid 1 month before arrival.
Possibility to pay by credit card via the announcement on Leboncoin.
The entire stay is to be paid for any reservation made from 0 to 30 days before arrival
Payment by bank transfer or checks.
Deposit / Security deposit:1000 € to be paid on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure.

Cancellation of stay:
If cancellation more than 30 days: The deposit is refundable.
Cancellation within 30 days: The entire stay is retained.
